Season's First Practice

Great practice today. Well done!

Thanks to all the boys who came to practice today. We hope to have a full team at Friday's practice at 5:30 @ Valley View. Remember what we learned about... having a minus, square, and spreading out and finding open space. No Pigpen Ball!! :-)

Here's a link to a 10 minute training video that talks about creating space. It get's a little bit advanced but I think it can help us see how creating space can help give us a greater advantage on the pitch.

I'm looking foward to working with you together with Coach Adamson. This is going to be a great season for the Lightning. These are a great team of young men.
